David Bowie - Offered here in his "final stage" Vampire make up from the 1983 film The Hunger.  This head of Bowie was created by make up genus Dick Smith. 

Years ago Smith told me that after the film wrapped he applied the old age make up to a life cast of Bowie and sent David the head!  This casting is from that original.   This life mask comes ready for wall hanging with a sturdy wire hood in the back.
