Linda Blair Life Mask - Dick Smith applied the make up seen here directly to Linda Blair for test shots - this test casting was taken directly from her face.  She was wearing contacts, but her EYES WERE UPON FOR THE CASTING this is not a sculpt! 

The make up is clearly different from the eventual screen appearance.  This rare casting is directly from a life mask acquired from Dick Smith himself.  This life mask comes ready for wall hanging with a sturdy wire hood in the back.
