TED CASSIDY Life Mask - A first generation casting from our original mask taken during the 1966 production of the Star Trek episode What Are Little Girls Made Of for makeup developement for Cassidy's role of the alien Ruk. Cassidy is best know for his role as Lurch the butler on the original Addams Family television series.

This life mask is fully life size and HUGE, capturing Cassidy's head to just behind the ears and including his neck. This life mask comes ready for wall hanging with a sturdy wire hood in the back.
