Your purchase from The Haunted Studios™ collection comes with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase it may be returned for a replacement or full refund of your purchase price including original shipping charges, less standard credit card processing fees. The only requirement is that your purchase be returned in as new condition.  Items returned with missing or damaged components may be subject to a restocking fee at our sole discretion.

Special order items as well as our lead filled heavyweight Falcons may be subject to a restocking fee. Safely packing returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Import duties, fees, and taxes collected by your country of residence may be refundable by the collecting body, you would need to contact your local agency directly.  This page is your entrance to our Returns Portal where you will select your reason for return and generate a free USPS return postage label.  After you print your label just afix it to your return package and give to your mail carrier or take your package to any USPS office.  This return portal is only for packages delivered in the United States.  For foreign returns please contact us here.

All Haunted Studios™ shipments are full insured against loss or damage in transit and in the event of this damage or loss there is no restocking fee, however in the event of damage or loss in transit refunds may be paid directly to you by our carrier.  The Returns Portal link below is where you begin the claim process for a damaged in transit item and generate  your free USPS return label.
